Checking my membership and login account.
i. Go to https://apm.activecommunities.com/itennis/ActiveNet_Login and login
ii. If the customer has a membership, under Account Class, click Membership and Usage
a. If the account is linked to an active membership package the user will see the Status is Active
b. If the membership has expired or has been cancelled, the Status will be Expire or Cancelled.
iii. If the user has no membership package linked to the account, under Account Class won’t be a Membership and Usage option.
